The Stanton River Baptist Association WMU Planning meeting was help at NPBC on August 4th, 2009. The 2009-2010 year of WMU is the year we are all challenged with the call to "Love Our Neighbor As Our Self" (Matt 22:39 NIV)

The following is quoted from the WMU Yearbook 2009-2010: "Focuses for the Second Year of Called to Love" - WMU will challenge the individuals to:

  • Live out the unconditional love of Christ by loving God with heart, soul, and mind.

  • Engage others in authentic relationships that will lead to a deeper level of involvement in missions ministry, witnessing, giving, and prayer.

  • Build bridges for the cause of Christ through a study of scripture that will lead to a deeper level of commitment to missions involvement.
